Ingredients

  • 600 gchicken thighs (bone-in)
  • 400 gsweet potato
  • 1 largeonion
  • 4 piecegarlic cloves
  • 25 mlolive oil
  • 5 gpaprika
  • 3 gcumin
  • 20 mllime juice
  • 6 gsalt
  • 5 grosemary

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken thighs (bone-in)
  • 400 g sweet potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 piece garlic cloves
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 5 g paprika
  • 3 g cumin
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 6 g salt
  • 5 g rosemary

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and cube sweet potatoes into 3cm pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt.
  3. Arrange chicken and sweet potato on a sheet pan. Scatter onion wedges and rosemary.
  4. Roast at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until chicken is golden and sweet potato is tender.
  5. Serve directly from the pan with lime wedges.
