- 30 mlwhite vinegar
- 20 mlolive oil
- 5 gdried oregano
- 5 gpaprika
- 8 gsalt
- 4 gblack pepper
- 15 gparsley

Instructions
- Blend garlic, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper into a paste.
- Score beef and rub marinade all over. Let sit 30 minutes at room temperature.
