Ingredients

  • 200 ghominy corn (white, dried)
  • 200 mlcoconut milk
  • 25 gprotein powder (vanilla)
  • 20 mlhoney
  • 20 gpumpkin seeds
  • 1 mediumbanana
  • 3 gcinnamon
  • 2 gsalt
  • 600 mlwater

Ingredients

  • 200 g hominy corn (white, dried)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 25 g protein powder (vanilla)
  • 20 ml honey
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 g cinnamon
  • 2 g salt
  • 600 ml water

Instructions

  1. Soak hominy corn overnight in cold water. Drain.
  2. Pressure cook hominy with water and salt for 30 minutes until soft.
  3. Add coconut milk and honey. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in protein powder off heat until smooth.
  5. Serve in bowls topped with pumpkin seeds, sliced banana, and cinnamon.
