Ingredients

  • 300 gcanned tuna in water
  • 150 ghearts of palm (canned)
  • 2 pieceeggs (hard-boiled)
  • 150 gcherry tomatoes
  • 40 ggreen olives
  • 50 gonion (red)
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 25 mllime juice
  • 3 gsalt
  • 15 gparsley

Ingredients

  • 300 g canned tuna in water
  • 150 g hearts of palm (canned)
  • 2 piece eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g green olives
  • 50 g onion (red)
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna and flake into a bowl.
  2. Slice hearts of palm, halve cherry tomatoes, dice red onion.
  3. Combine tuna, hearts of palm, tomatoes, olives, and onion.
  4. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, and salt together. Pour over salad and toss.
  5. Top with quartered eggs and fresh parsley. Serve chilled.
