- 40 mlteriyaki sauce
- 150 gsteamed white rice
- 40 gpickled daikon
- 2 wholespring onion
- 5 gsesame seeds
- 10 mlvegetable oil
- 3 wholenori strips

- 180 g kangaroo strip steak
- 40 ml teriyaki sauce
- 150 g steamed white rice
- 40 g pickled daikon
- 2 whole spring onion
- 5 g sesame seeds
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 3 whole nori strips
Instructions
- Slice kangaroo into thin strips.
- Marinate in teriyaki sauce 15 min.
- Stir-fry in hot wok 2–3 min until just cooked.
- Build bowl: rice, kangaroo, pickled daikon.
- Top with sliced spring onion, sesame, and nori.
