  • 40 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 150 g steamed white rice
  • 40 g pickled daikon
  • 2 whole spring onion
  • 5 g sesame seeds
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 whole nori strips

Instructions

  1. Slice kangaroo into thin strips.
  2. Marinate in teriyaki sauce 15 min.
  3. Stir-fry in hot wok 2–3 min until just cooked.
  4. Build bowl: rice, kangaroo, pickled daikon.
  5. Top with sliced spring onion, sesame, and nori.
