- 60 gbaby spinach
- 80 gcherry tomatoes
- 50 gfeta cheese
- 0.5 wholered onion
- 10 mlolive oil
- 2 gsea salt
- 1 gblack pepper

- 60 g baby spinach
- 80 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 0.5 whole red onion
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 1 g black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Sauté onion in olive oil 3 min; add spinach until wilted.
- Add halved tomatoes.
- Pour egg whites over vegetables; crumble feta on top.
- Bake 15 min until set.
- Rest 2 min and slice.
