  • 150 mlalmond milk
  • 100 gmixed berries
  • 2 mlvanilla extract
  • 10 mlmaple syrup

  • 100 g mixed berries
  • 2 ml vanilla extract
  • 10 ml maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir well; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir and add splash more milk if too thick.
  4. Top with mixed berries.
  5. Eat immediately or take to the beach.
