- 15 mlmirin
- 10 mlsoy sauce
- 5 mlhoney
- 5 gsesame seeds
- 80 gedamame shelled
- 150 gbrown rice cooked

- 200 g salmon fillet
- 20 g white miso paste
- 15 ml mirin
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml honey
- 5 g sesame seeds
- 80 g edamame shelled
- 150 g brown rice cooked
Instructions
- Mix miso, mirin, soy, and honey for glaze.
- Coat salmon; marinate 20 min.
- Broil salmon 5–6 min until caramelised.
- Steam edamame.
- Serve salmon over rice with edamame.
- Scatter sesame seeds.
