  • 200 gboneless chicken thighs
  • 20 mlhoney
  • 30 mlsoy sauce
  • 2 wholegarlic cloves
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 150 gjasmine rice cooked
  • 60 gedamame
  • 80 gcucumber sliced
  • 5 gsesame seeds

Ingredients

  • 200 g boneless chicken thighs
  • 20 ml honey
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 150 g jasmine rice cooked
  • 60 g edamame
  • 80 g cucumber sliced
  • 5 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy, garlic, and sesame oil for glaze.
  2. Marinate chicken 15 min.
  3. Pan-cook chicken 5 min per side; glaze last 2 min.
  4. Slice chicken; build bowl with rice, edamame, cucumber.
  5. Spoon remaining glaze; scatter sesame seeds.
