- 2 wholecorn cobs
- 200 gblack beans canned
- 1 wholeavocado
- 150 gbrown rice cooked
- 15 gcoriander
- 20 mllime juice
- 2 gcumin
- 15 mlchilli sauce

- 200 g black beans canned
- 1 whole avocado
- 150 g brown rice cooked
- 15 g coriander
- 20 ml lime juice
- 2 g cumin
- 15 ml chilli sauce
Instructions
- Grill corn cobs over high heat 10 min turning; cut off kernels.
- Drain and warm black beans with cumin.
- Dice avocado; toss with lime juice.
- Build bowl: rice, beans, corn, avocado.
- Top with coriander and chilli sauce.
