Ingredients
- 200 gchicken breast thin-pounded
- 60 gbreadcrumbs
- 2 wholeeggs beaten
- 80 mltomato passata
- 60 gsliced ham
- 80 gmozzarella cheese
- 2 gdried oregano
- 40 mlsunflower oil
- 1 gsea salt
Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast thin-pounded
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 2 whole eggs beaten
- 80 ml tomato passata
- 60 g sliced ham
- 80 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 g dried oregano
- 40 ml sunflower oil
- 1 g sea salt
Instructions
- Crumb chicken in egg then breadcrumbs with salt; fry 3 min per side.
- Place on baking tray; spoon tomato sauce, lay ham, top with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle oregano.
- Broil 3–4 min until cheese melts and bubbles.
- Serve immediately.
