- 300 gturkey breast strips
- 2 largewholemeal flatbreads
- 3 tbspcranberry sauce
- 60 glight brie
- 1rocket
- 0.5 piecered onion
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1 tspfresh thyme
- 1black pepper

- 2 large wholemeal flatbreads
- 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 60 g light brie
- handful rocket
- 0.5 piece red onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Season turkey with thyme and pepper. Sear in oil 3 minutes each side.
- Preheat grill to high.
- Spread cranberry sauce on flatbreads.
- Slice turkey and arrange on flatbreads. Top with brie slices and red onion.
- Grill 5 minutes until brie melts and edges crisp.
- Scatter rocket and serve.
