Ingredients

  • 300 gcooked peeled brown shrimps
  • 60 gunsalted butter
  • 1 pinchnutmeg, grated
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  • 1 pinchground mace
  • 10 mllemon juice
  • 4 wholewholegrain toast slices
  • 30 gwatercress (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter gently; add nutmeg, cayenne, and mace. Stir in lemon juice.
  2. Fold in shrimps; warm through gently โ€” do not overcook.
  3. Spoon into ramekins; press down. Pour over any remaining spiced butter.
  4. Refrigerate until butter sets (20 min) or serve warm immediately.
  5. Serve on wholegrain toast with watercress.
