Ingredients
- 500 gchicken breast
- 16 unitscorn tortillas
- 2 unitsserrano chiles
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 100 gonion
- 2 unitsavocado
- 100 mlMexican cream
- 60 gCotija cheese
- 500 mlvegetable oil
- 100 glettuce
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 16 units corn tortillas
- 2 units serrano chiles
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g onion
- 2 units avocado
- 100 ml Mexican cream
- 60 g Cotija cheese
- 500 ml vegetable oil
- 100 g lettuce
Instructions
- Boil chicken with onion, garlic, serrano and salt. Shred finely.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken, roll tightly and secure with toothpick.
- Fry rolled flautas in 180°C oil until crispy golden, 3-4 min.
- Drain on paper towel. Remove toothpicks.
- Serve with guacamole, cream, lettuce and crumbled Cotija.
