  • 300 gground turkey
  • 1 largeegg
  • 20 gParmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 1 unitgarlic clove (minced)
  • 20 goat flour
  • 300 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 4 leavesfresh basil
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 20 g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 unit garlic clove (minced)
  • 20 g oat flour
  • 300 g crushed tomatoes
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, egg, Parmigiano, parsley, garlic, oat flour, salt, and pepper. Roll into walnut-sized balls.
  2. Brown meatballs in olive oil, 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add tomatoes and basil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
