  • 300 gchicken thighs (skinless)
  • 200 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 30 gblack olives
  • 1 tbspcapers
  • 50 mlwhite wine
  • 2 unitgarlic cloves
  • 1 sprigrosemary
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken thighs (skinless)
  • 200 g crushed tomatoes
  • 30 g black olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 unit garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken thighs in olive oil 3 minutes per side. Remove.
  2. Sauté garlic in same pan. Add white wine and reduce 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, olives, capers, and rosemary. Return chicken. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
