Ingredients
- 600 gminced mutton (or lamb mince)
- 150 ggreen peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 wholeonion, finely diced
- 2 wholetomatoes, diced
- 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
- 1 tspred chilli powder
- 0.5 tspturmeric
- 1 tspcoriander powder
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 15 mloil
- 15 gfresh mint and coriander
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Heat oil; sautรฉ onions until deep golden. Add garlic-ginger paste; cook 2 min.
- Add tomatoes and all dry spices; cook until oil separates.
- Add mince; break up and cook until all moisture evaporates, about 10 min.
- Add peas; cook 5 min. Adjust seasoning; add garam masala.
- Garnish with fresh mint and coriander. Serve with paratha or rice.
