Ingredients

  • 300 glean turkey sausages
  • 200 gquinoa, cooked
  • 200 mltomato passata
  • 2 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 10 mlapple cider vinegar
  • 1 wholeonion, finely diced
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 1 to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-fry turkey sausages until cooked; slice into rounds.
  2. Sautรฉ onion in olive oil until soft. Add curry powder and paprika; stir 1 min.
  3. Add passata, vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer 8 min into a sauce.
  4. Add sausage slices; coat in sauce.
  5. Serve over quinoa; dust with extra curry powder.
