Ingredients
- 300 gtapioca starch
- 3 wholeeggs
- 3 wholeegg whites
- 200 ggrated minas cheese or mozzarella
- 120 mlmilk
- 60 mlolive oil
- 5 gsalt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 200°C. Blend all ingredients until smooth batter.
- Pour into a greased mini-muffin tin.
- Bake 18–20 min until puffed and golden.
- Cool 5 min; serve warm.
