Ingredients

  • 250 gcoarse cornmeal
  • 600 gchicken thighs boneless
  • 400 mltomato passata
  • 1 wholeonion chopped
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves
  • 40 gparmesan grated
  • 20 gbutter
  • 1000 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Braise chicken with onion, garlic, passata 25 min until tender; shred.
  2. Bring salted water to boil; whisk in cornmeal; stir 20 min until thick.
