Ingredients

  • 908 gsalmon fillet (skin-on)
  • 30 mlpure maple syrup
  • 30 mlDijon mustard
  • 2 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 15 mlsoy sauce
  • 1 wholecedar grilling plank, soaked 1 hour
  • 30 mlfresh dill
  • 4 wholelemon slices
  • 1 to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix maple syrup, mustard, garlic, and soy sauce into a glaze.
  2. Season salmon; brush generously with glaze.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on soaked cedar plank.
  4. Grill covered over medium heat 18โ€“20 min until salmon flakes.
  5. Top with dill and lemon slices; serve directly from plank.
