  • 5 grosemary
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 150 gGreek yoghurt
  • 100 gcucumber
  • 5 gdill
  • 2 gsea salt

  • 5 g rosemary
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 5 g dill
  • 2 g sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pound rosemary and garlic into a paste with olive oil.
  2. Coat lamb cutlets and marinate 20 min.
  3. Grate cucumber; squeeze out excess water; mix with yoghurt, dill, and salt for tzatziki.
  4. Grill cutlets on high 3 min per side for medium.
  5. Serve with tzatziki.
