- 200 gprovolone cheese round
- 3 gdried oregano
- 2 gchilli flakes
- 10 mlolive oil
- 2 slicecrusty bread

- 200 g provolone cheese round
- 3 g dried oregano
- 2 g chilli flakes
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 slice crusty bread
Instructions
- Brush provolone round with olive oil.
- Place on cast iron disc or asado grill grate.
- Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top.
- Cook over medium heat 5–6 min until bottom is golden and top bubbles.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
