Ingredients

  • 100 gchorizo criollo
  • 80 gmorcilla blood sausage
  • 150 gtira de asado short ribs
  • 150 gchicken thigh bone-in
  • 60 mlchimichurri
  • 60 mlsalsa criolla
  • 3 gcoarse salt

Ingredients

  • 100 g chorizo criollo
  • 80 g morcilla blood sausage
  • 150 g tira de asado short ribs
  • 150 g chicken thigh bone-in
  • 60 ml chimichurri
  • 60 ml salsa criolla
  • 3 g coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Season all meats with coarse salt only.
  2. Start tira de asado first over medium heat 20 min.
  3. Add chicken thigh at 15 min mark.
  4. Add chorizo and morcilla in last 15 min.
  5. Arrange on wooden board.
  6. Serve with chimichurri and salsa criolla.
