- 2 whole sourdough roll
- 2 whole large onion
- 20 g butter
- 60 ml chimichurri
- 20 g pickled jalapeño
- 5 g brown sugar
Instructions
- Caramelise onions in butter with sugar over low heat 30 min.
- Grill chorizo 15 min until cooked through.
- Slice sourdough roll; grill cut-side down 1 min.
- Layer: chimichurri, chorizo, caramelised onion, pickled jalapeño.
- Serve immediately.
