- 10 mlolive oil

- 80 ml cream
- 60 ml white wine
- 15 g butter
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 1 g black pepper
Instructions
- Season steak; sear 3 min per side for medium-rare; rest.
- Slice spring onions; sauté in butter 3 min.
- Add wine; reduce by half.
- Add cream; simmer 4 min.
- Slice steak; pour al verdeo sauce over.
- Serve immediately.
