Ingredients

  • 908 gchicken thighs, boneless skinless
  • 59 mlpineapple juice
  • 59 mllow-sodium soy sauce
  • 30 mlbrown sugar
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 5 mlfresh ginger, grated
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 5 mlcornstarch
  • 711 mlcooked steamed rice
  • 30 mlsesame seeds and spring onion to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Marinate chicken at least 30 min.
  3. Pan-fry chicken 6โ€“7 min per side until cooked through; remove.
  4. Pour marinade into pan; add cornstarch slurry. Simmer to glaze consistency.
  5. Slice chicken; serve over rice with sauce, sesame seeds, and spring onion.
