Ingredients
- 454 glarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 474 mlcooked long-grain white rice
- 10 mlCajun seasoning
- 2 wholebell pepper (red and green), diced
- 1 wholeonion, diced
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 15 mlolive oil
- 5 mlhot sauce
- 30 mlfresh parsley
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Sautรฉ onion and pepper in oil over high heat 3 min. Add garlic; cook 1 min.
- Add shrimp; cook 2โ3 min per side until pink and cooked through.
- Stir in hot sauce; serve over rice. Garnish with parsley.
