Ingredients

  • 454 glarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 474 mlcooked long-grain white rice
  • 10 mlCajun seasoning
  • 2 wholebell pepper (red and green), diced
  • 1 wholeonion, diced
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 5 mlhot sauce
  • 30 mlfresh parsley
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions
