Ingredients

  • 340 gcanned tuna in water, drained
  • 300 gcooked brown rice
  • 1 wholeripe avocado, sliced
  • 150 gcherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 gcucumber, diced
  • 80 gcorn kernels (canned or frozen, thawed)
  • 30 mllime juice
  • 15 mllow-sodium soy sauce
  • 5 mlsriracha (optional)
  • 5 gsesame seeds

Instructions
