Ingredients
- 400 gcod fillets
- 80 gwholemeal breadcrumbs
- 1 wholeegg
- 400 gpotatoes
- 300 gmarrowfat peas
- 20 gwhey protein unflavoured
- 4 leavesmint
- 1 wholelemon
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 400 g cod fillets
- 80 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g marrowfat peas
- 20 g whey protein unflavoured
- 4 leaves mint
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven 220°C. Cut potatoes into chips, toss with 1 tbsp oil, roast 30 minutes turning once.
- Beat egg. Dip cod in egg then breadcrumbs. Bake on oiled tray for 18 minutes.
- Cook peas in boiling water 5 minutes, drain, mash with mint, lemon juice, whey protein and seasoning.
- Serve fish over chips with mushy peas and lemon wedge.
