Ingredients
- 800 ghake fillets (or similar white fish)
- 4 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
- 2 wholelemon, juice and zest
- 20 gfresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 10 gfresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
- 20 mlolive oil
- 200 gcherry tomatoes
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment.
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish fillets in the baking dish. Pour herb mixture over the fish; add cherry tomatoes around them.
- Bake 15–18 min until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Serve with a green salad or roasted vegetables.
