Ingredients
- 300 glean turkey sausages
- 200 gquinoa, cooked
- 200 mltomato passata
- 2 tspcurry powder
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- 10 mlapple cider vinegar
- 1 wholeonion, finely diced
- 10 mlolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Grill or pan-fry turkey sausages until cooked; slice into rounds.
- Sautรฉ onion in olive oil until soft. Add curry powder and paprika; stir 1 min.
- Add passata, vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer 8 min into a sauce.
- Add sausage slices; coat in sauce.
- Serve over quinoa; dust with extra curry powder.
