  • 3 wholeeggs
  • 3 wholeegg whites
  • 200 ggrated minas cheese or mozzarella
  • 120 mlmilk
  • 60 mlolive oil
  • 5 gsalt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 200°C. Blend all ingredients until smooth batter.
  2. Pour into a greased mini-muffin tin.
  3. Bake 18–20 min until puffed and golden.
  4. Cool 5 min; serve warm.
