Ingredients
- 500 glean ground beef
- 400 gcanned black beans, drained
- 3 wholetomatoes, diced
- 1 wholeonion, diced
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 10 mlolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt, pepper, cumin
- 10 gfresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil; sauté onion and garlic until golden.
- Add ground beef; cook breaking up lumps until browned.
