  • 180 gwhite rice
  • 3 pieceeggs
  • 3 gturmeric
  • 2 piecegarlic cloves
  • 50 gonion
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 10 gbutter
  • 4 gsalt
  • 15 ggreen onion

Ingredients

  • 180 g white rice
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 3 g turmeric
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 50 g onion
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 10 g butter
  • 4 g salt
  • 15 g green onion

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil 3 minutes. Add turmeric and stir.
  2. Add rice and toast 1 minute. Add 2.5x water and salt. Cook covered 18 minutes.
  3. While rice rests, fry eggs in butter to desired doneness.
  4. Fluff rice with a fork. Serve topped with fried eggs and green onion.
