Ingredients

  • 500 gbaby octopus cleaned
  • 400 gcanned chickpeas drained
  • 150 gcherry tomatoes halved
  • 20 gflat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 25 mlolive oil
  • 4 gsmoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Blanch octopus in boiling salted water 30 min; drain and chill.
