Ingredients

  • 250 gself-raising flour
  • 150 mlmilk
  • 400 gcanned chickpeas drained
  • 40 gtahini
  • 200 gzucchini sliced
  • 150 gcapsicum sliced
  • 25 mlolive oil
  • 20 mllemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 200ยฐC. Mix flour and milk into dough; shape into round; bake 35 min.
  2. Toss veg in oil and salt; roast alongside damper 25 min.
  3. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, salt, 60ml water until smooth.
  4. Serve damper slices with hummus and roasted veg.
