Ingredients
- 250 gself-raising flour
- 150 mlmilk
- 400 gcanned chickpeas drained
- 40 gtahini
- 200 gzucchini sliced
- 150 gcapsicum sliced
- 25 mlolive oil
- 20 mllemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven 200ยฐC. Mix flour and milk into dough; shape into round; bake 35 min.
- Toss veg in oil and salt; roast alongside damper 25 min.
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, salt, 60ml water until smooth.
- Serve damper slices with hummus and roasted veg.
