- 4 rasherslean back bacon
- 4 piecesturkey sausages
- 4 wholelarge eggs
- 200 gbaked beans
- 150 gcherry tomatoes
- 100 gbutton mushrooms
- 2 sliceswholegrain toast
- 1 tbspolive oil

- 200 g baked beans
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g button mushrooms
- 2 slices wholegrain toast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat grill to high. Grill bacon and turkey sausages for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
- Meanwhile heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms until golden, 5 minutes.
- Halve tomatoes and grill alongside the meat for 5 minutes.
- Warm baked beans in a small saucepan.
- Poach eggs in simmering salted water for 3 minutes.
- Toast bread, assemble all components on a warm plate and serve immediately.
