Ingredients
- 2 wholelarge corn tlayuda tortillas (or large flour tortillas)
- 300 gtasajo or lean flank steak, grilled and sliced
- 200 gblack bean paste
- 120 gOaxacan string cheese (quesillo) or mozzarella
- 100 gcabbage, finely shredded
- 1 wholetomato, sliced
- 1 wholeavocado, sliced
- 1 tspdried oregano
Instructions
- Grill or toast tortillas directly on flame until lightly charred on both sides.
- Spread black bean paste evenly over each tortilla.
- Top with cheese; return to heat briefly to melt.
- Layer on beef strips, cabbage, tomato, and avocado.
- Fold in half or serve flat. Finish with dried oregano.
