- 500 gchicken breast
- 12 unitscorn tortillas
- 500 gtomatoes
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 150 gonion
- 2 unitsserrano chile
- 100 mlMexican cream
- 80 gfresh cheese
- 40 mlvegetable oil
- 15 gcilantro
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 12 units corn tortillas
- 500 g tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 150 g onion
- 2 units serrano chile
- 100 ml Mexican cream
- 80 g fresh cheese
- 40 ml vegetable oil
- 15 g cilantro
Instructions
- Boil and shred chicken.
- Blend tomatoes, garlic, serrano and half the onion.
- Fry tomato sauce in oil until thickened.
- Pass tortillas through sauce, fill with chicken and fold.
- Plate, spoon extra sauce over, top with cream, cheese and sliced raw onion.
- Garnish with cilantro.
