Ingredients
- 200 gprotein gnocchi (or cauliflower gnocchi)
- 150 gchicken breast
- 2 tbspbasil pesto
- 80 gcherry tomatoes
- 15 gParmigiano Reggiano
- 4 leavesfresh basil
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 200 g protein gnocchi (or cauliflower gnocchi)
- 150 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 80 g cherry tomatoes
- 15 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float. Drain, keep 3 tbsp pasta water.
- Grill chicken, slice.
- Toss gnocchi with pesto, pasta water, and tomatoes. Top with chicken and Parmigiano.
