Ingredients
- 900 gchicken breast, cubed
- 30 gfresh mint leaves
- 30 gfresh coriander
- 3 wholegreen chillies
- 150 glow-fat Greek yogurt
- 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
- 20 mllemon juice
- 5 ggaram masala
- 10 mloil
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Blend mint, coriander, and green chillies with a splash of water to a smooth green paste.
- Mix green paste with yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, lemon juice, garam masala, oil, and salt.
- Coat chicken cubes in marinade; refrigerate at least 30 min (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Thread onto skewers. Grill under a high broiler or on a BBQ 8โ10 min, turning once, until slightly charred.
- Serve with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
