Ingredients

  • 500 gchicken breast
  • 80 glow-fat cream cheese (Catupiry light)
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 10 gfresh chives, chopped
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 1 to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts. Mix cream cheese with chives, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill each breast with cream cheese mixture; secure with toothpicks.
  3. Rub outside with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt.
  4. Bake at 190ยฐC for 22โ€“25 min until internal temperature reaches 74ยฐC.
  5. Rest 5 min before serving.
