Ingredients

👥1
  • 150 gfrozen mixed berries
  • 120 gGreek yogurt
  • 30 gwhey protein powder vanilla
  • 200 mlalmond milk unsweetened
  • 80 gbanana
  • 10 gchia seeds
  • 10 mlhoney

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk to your blender first to help the blades spin freely.
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries, banana (broken into chunks), Greek yogurt and whey protein powder.
  3. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and drizzle in the honey.
  4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and thick. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk; if too thin, add a few more frozen berries.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if desired.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and optionally top with a few fresh berries, a pinch of chia seeds and a sprig of mint.
  7. Drink immediately for the best flavour and texture, or store chilled for up to 4 hours (stir or reshake before drinking).
