  • 200 gprawns peeled cooked
  • 80 grice vermicelli
  • 10 gfresh mint
  • 10 gcoriander
  • 60 gcarrot shredded
  • 15 mlfish sauce
  • 20 mllime juice
  • 5 gcaster sugar
  • 20 gcrushed peanuts
  • 1 wholechilli sliced

Ingredients

  • 200 g prawns peeled cooked
  • 80 g rice vermicelli
  • 10 g fresh mint
  • 10 g coriander
  • 60 g carrot shredded
  • 15 ml fish sauce
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 5 g caster sugar
  • 20 g crushed peanuts
  • 1 whole chilli sliced

Instructions

  1. Soak vermicelli in hot water 5 min; drain.
  2. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar for dressing.
  3. Combine noodles, carrot, mint, and coriander.
  4. Add prawns; drizzle dressing; toss.
  5. Top with crushed peanuts and chilli.
