Ingredients
- 300 gcassava starch (tapioca)
- 3 wholeeggs
- 150 ggrated parmesan
- 100 gcrumbled feta
- 60 gbutter softened
- 4 gsalt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ยฐC. Line a baking tray.
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Roll into 12 small ring shapes or balls.
- Bake 18โ20 min until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm.
