Ingredients
- 800 gchicken thighs bone-in skin-on
- 600 gpotatoes quartered
- 6 wholegarlic cloves
- 30 mlolive oil
- 5 gdried oregano
- 5 gpaprika
- 5 gsalt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ยฐC.
- Toss potatoes and garlic in oil, oregano, paprika, salt; spread in roasting dish.
- Rub chicken with remaining spice mix; place on top.
- Roast 50โ55 min until chicken skin is crispy and potatoes golden.
