- 150 gtira de asado short ribs
- 150 gchicken thigh bone-in
- 60 mlchimichurri
- 60 mlsalsa criolla
- 3 gcoarse salt

- 80 g morcilla blood sausage
- 150 g tira de asado short ribs
- 150 g chicken thigh bone-in
- 60 ml chimichurri
- 60 ml salsa criolla
- 3 g coarse salt
Instructions
- Season all meats with coarse salt only.
- Start tira de asado first over medium heat 20 min.
- Add chicken thigh at 15 min mark.
- Add chorizo and morcilla in last 15 min.
- Arrange on wooden board.
- Serve with chimichurri and salsa criolla.
